Probiotic Stuffed Mushrooms

• Coconut Yogurt 1 C
• Thyme, fresh 1 t
• Sage, fresh 1 T
• Celery, chopped 1/4 C
• Walnuts, chopped 1/3 C
• Button mushrooms 40
• Garlic, 1 clove crushed


De-stem the mushrooms
Mix all other ingredients together in a food processor or by hand until smooth but
with the herbs still recognizable
Stuff the yogurt mixture into the mushrooms and warm in the dehydrator if desired
for 2-5 hours
