Pomegranate Masala Parfait Tutorial

Last week I had the idea to enter the 5 in 5 Hot Raw Chef contest. I managed to get the ingredients down to 5 but couldn’t get the time down to 5 at all. So rather than submitting a fast-forwarded video where I sound like a chipmunk I decided to turn this into a tutorial for you. This is a really great parfait for holidays, whichever holidays you may be celebrating. Please feel free to make it sweeter and add less black pepper for a less feisty parfait if that suits your guests better.
